My name is Loyd Hembree,

I have held the same job for the last 35 years. I started off as a cleaner of all things dirty in the building and over the years I inherited work qualities from other employees, then adjusted them to work for me. Staying true to my given talents allowed me to work smarter as well as allowing me to work longer. During this time I have become a husband, father and now grandfather. My wife and I have always been active in our kids lives and this allowed me to employee all of our boys and over the years any of their friends that saw the same value and they are all living better lives by maintaining a solid work ethic. My goal is to offer every bit of that work ethic and related information that I have acquired over the last 53 years, to those who struggle in that area. I understand it’s not easy and I can help.
